SATEKEBAB Pizza Puffs


#SATEKEBAB Pizza Puffs 
adapted from Lick The Bowl Good


  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • pinch of salt (my addition, optional)
  • pinch of red pepper flakes (my addition, optional)
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cubed #SATEKEBAB
  • 1/2 cup store-bought pizza sauce

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 24-cup mini-muffin pan. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, salt and red pepper flakes (if using) ; whisk in the milk and egg. Stir in the mozzarella, Parmesan and pepperoni; let stand for 10 minutes.

2. Stir the batter and divide among the mini-muffin cups. Bake until puffed and golden, 20 to 25 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, microwave the pizza sauce until warmed through. Serve the puffs with the pizza sauce for dipping.

NOTE: All my batter did not fit into the 24-mini muffin pan. So I made a full size muffin with the leftover batter. Some pans are larger than others so you may not have have an issue.

How to make pizza

Ingredients

For the dough

For the topping

  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • pizza toppings of your choice

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the flour, semolina and salt. Stir in the dried yeast (or crumble in the fresh yeast, whichever you are using). Make a well in the centre of the flour mixture. Pour most of the water into the well along with the olive oil and bring the dough together with your hands or a wooden spoon. As the flour is incorporated the dough will start to take shape. Add the remaining water if the dough feels tight or hard.
  2. Turn the dough out onto a clean surface and knead for 10 minutes or until the dough is smooth and elastic. Cut off a small piece of the dough and stretch part of it as thinly as you can. If you can see the shadow of your fingers through the dough - the light should shine through the dough like a window pane - without the dough tearing, it is ready to prove.
  3. Knead the cut piece back into the dough and shape the dough into an even ball. Place in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp tea towel and allow to prove in a warm place for about 1-1½ hours, or until it has doubled in size (the temperature of your kitchen can affect the timing of this).
  4. When the dough has risen, take it out of the bowl and knock the air out. Divide the dough into two equal portions, and shape each portion into a ball. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and allow to prove again for about 15 minutes.
  5. Place a pizza stone or an upturned baking tray into the oven and preheat to its highest setting.
  6. Dust the work surface liberally with semolina. Roll out one piece of the dough to form a circle that will fit on your pizza stone or baking tray.
  7. Transfer the pizza base onto a plastic chopping board (or another upturned baking tray) dusted with semolina. The tray will be used to slide the pizza base directly onto the pizza stone.
  8. Cover the surface with half of the tomato sauce and toppings of your choice.
  9. When ready to bake, slide the pizza directly onto the pizza stone and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the base is golden-brown and the toppings are bubbling. Repeat with the remaining dough, tomato sauce and toppings.

My Story dengan #SATE KEBAB


Story 1:
Customer pertama adalah kakak ipar yang datang ke rumah untuk melawat. Hidangan yang disediakan adalah Resepi #SATE KEBAB Puff yang pertama kali dibuat.

Alhamdulillah sedap juga. Maka kakak ipar pun mengoder la 2 bungkus #SATE KEBAB perasa Blackpepper dan Beriani.


Story 2:
My friend a.k.a x colleague, want to order 4 pack of #SATE KEBAB chicken and 1 pack of #SATE KEBAB meat. Of cause if you buy 5 pack of #SATE KEBAB you will get #FREE DELIVERY in Klang Valley and neigbourhood.

Additional request she order is #Ayam Pandan soon to be added in the list In Shaa Allah.

So I delivered the order to her house at Bandar Mahkota Cheras. We chit chat about half and hour because you know old friend meet....so many things need to talk....hahaha...

I gave her a bunch of banana as my buah tangan to her.

That's all.....thanks dear! Hope to get order from you again and again and again....bla..bla..bla...


Story 3:
My cute and always comel x-roommate from mrsmbp. We have been slept in the same partition for almost 2 years :D in Purnamarian. She's has been my customer for "My online boutique for you" previously.

Alhamdulillah...saya nak kongsikan resepi #Sate Kebab Puff pula kali ini.


Bahan - bahan:

1. #SATE KEBAB of cause kenalah ada. Perasa ikut suka hati yang mana suka. Ada perasa blackpepper, pedas dan briani.

2. Kulit pastry puff saiz besar apa-apa brand pun boleh asalkan halal

3. Satu biji telur dipukul sedikit.


Cara Penyediaan:

1. Nyah sejukkan #SATE KEBAB dalam masa 3-5 minit.

2. Nyah sejukkan kulit pastry puff dalam 5-10 minit.

3. Sediakan satu batang #SATE KEBAB dan buang lidi nya.

4. Potong pastry puff menjadi 6 bahagian untuk 6 batang #SATE KEBAB

5. Ambil sepotong pastry puff dan sebatang #SATE KEBAB dan gulungkan

6. Sapukan bancuhan telur dihujung gulungan pastry agar tidak terbuka ketika dibakar nanti

7. Tekan dengan garfu untuk lekatkan pastry puff

8. Kelarkan atas gulungan pastry dengan pisau dan sapukan dengan bancuhan telur diatasnya untuk dapatkan pastry puff yang rangup

9. Bakar dalam oven 160 C dalam 15-20 minit


Siap. Boleh dinikmati bersama keluarga tercinta.
